The next stop on our journey to health and fitness is the fitness part. I have been interested in the Beachbody/Autumn Calabrese 80-day Obsession program for a while, but it’s been a minute since I’ve stuck to any sort of workout schedule. With the exception of the cock-diesel maniacs in my fingers, my muscles are couch potatoes.
What I didn’t know was that Autumn had a segue program, A Little Obsessed, that is perfect for beginner-agains like me. Not only does it kick your butt, every-single-day, the workouts are only thirty minutes. Plus, she’s also good at this pep-talk game for those of us whose minds don’t cooperate all the time.
