This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it is important to me not only as a woman, especially a black woman (it’s most commonly diagnosed cancer among us), but also as a niece to an aunt who passed away from breast cancer in 2004, and another aunt only a couple of years removed from chemotherapy and a double mastectomy.
So, in honor of the month of October, I am hosting a gift-bag giveaway full of goodies for one of my beloved readers!
In addition, if at least 25 participants sign up for the giveaway, I will donate 5% of my net royalties for the month of October to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
